This site collects as little as possible. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me by email.
Who I am
G-Snow is run by Gabriel, based in London. For anything to do with your data, email gabriel@g-snow.com.
What I collect, and why
If you email me: your name, email address and whatever you put in the message, such as your website or details about your business. I use this to reply and, if we end up working together, to do that work. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
When you visit the site: like almost every website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. I don't use this to identify you. Everything else, including the fonts, is served from this site, so nothing is sent to any other company.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any cookies or use any similar storage. The falling-snow effect runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for up to two years, then delete them. If we work together, I keep project and business records for as long as the law requires, typically six years for accounting purposes.
Who I share it with
I don't sell or share your information for marketing. It's only handled by the services I use to run things: my email provider and Cloudflare for hosting. Some of these may process data outside the UK, in which case they're covered by recognised safeguards such as the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within a month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first, though.
Changes
If anything here changes, for example if I add analytics or a contact form, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
